Sometimes it pays to complain!

I had reserved a hire car while we were staying in Toronto. Arriving at the airport I was told the type of car I had reserved was not actually available. After sending my complaint through to the manager I scored a free upgrade to an Audi A6 – a nice car! I was offered a Hummer H2 but I was too chicken and really didnt want to drive a car THAT big in downtown Toronto.
